Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, activities from your device and other health apps that are integrated with Apple Health or Health Connect can be automatically synced into Wave.
In your device settings, simply grant Wave access to read your Apple Health / Health Connect data. If you’re using an Android device, you can also manage these settings directly on the Automated Tracking page located in the Side Bar Menu of Wave.
Data that can be synced includes:Blood glucose, blood pressure, heart rate, menstrual cycle, mindfulness, physical activity, sleep, steps, temperature, water, and weight.
After allowing these permissions, Wave will pull in data each time you open the app — or on an hourly basis for continuously collected data. -
Wave’s insights are generated based on the data you enter that is related to both how you’re feeling and what you’re doing. So the more you log how you feel (condition, mood, symptoms…) alongside your activities (sleep, steps, medications…), the better Wave will be able to analyze your data and identify meaningful correlations.
If you are not seeing insights, try consistently tracking various aspects of your health for at least 5-7 days. If you are still not receiving insights, please reach out to our team at support@tti.care.

Wave+ My Reports are delivered every Sunday and reflect data from the previous 7 days (Sunday to Saturday).

Sharing your data with members of your care team helps fill them in on your experiences outside of the clinic.
There are a few ways you can share your data with others:
On the Calendar page, tap the 3 dots in the top right corner, and select Share Calendar. You can then message or email this data to recipients of your choice. Note that any filters you have applied on your Calendar will be reflected in the data collected for sharing.
You can also request to receive a full export of your data by going to your Settings > Edit Profile > 3 dots in top right corner > Export Data. You will then receive an email with a link to download a copy of your logs.
Lastly, you can easily share comprehensive and digestible health and experience summaries by subscribing to Wave+ My Reports. These weekly PDF reports contain data from the last week, as well as insights and trends from the past 3 weeks. My Reports can be shared digitally, or you can print them out and bring them to your doctor appointments.
As a reminder, your data is never automatically shared.
